One of the formats circulating around Seedance in mid-2026 is simple on the surface: take a real-world city map view, then turn it into a short first-person aerial flythrough. Not a fantasy landscape — a place you can actually look up.
We ran that idea on Downtown Dubai / Business Bay using Seedance 2.0 on fal.ai. Same brief, two tiers: Fast and standard. Both clips are 10 seconds at 720p with audio on. This post is a snapshot of the outputs and what they cost — not a full how-to. We’ll unpack the workflow in a later note for the list.
Why it matters for buyers: if Seedance is on your shortlist for cinematic motion, this is the kind of clip people are currently sharing. Real location = instant recognition. The question is whether Fast is “good enough” or whether standard is worth the extra spend on the same idea.

Our take
Same prompt, same inputs: Fast looked better to us — mainly the ending. On Fast, Burj Khalifa reads fully in frame; on standard the landmark finish feels weaker. Picture quality overall is comparable; the price gap (€2.23 vs €2.79) is not big enough to force standard on this brief.
Audio is where Fast loses a little. Both are mostly wind, but Fast leans into a louder, more mechanical drone-motor tone. If you care about a clean atmospheric bed, you may prefer standard’s sound — or plan to replace audio in post. If you care about the landmark payoff on this Dubai flythrough, we’d start with Fast.
One more note on the map input: because this is a real, well-known place, even rough / ugly drawn arrows were enough for Seedance to lock the right geography and finish toward Downtown / Burj. The model already “knows” the landmarks — the scribbles mostly need to point the route, not be pixel-perfect art.
